Puppy preschool
We run puppy preschool classes at the Princes Highway Veterinary Hospital in Kogarah. Puppy preschool is an important form of socialization for puppies, which helps them to develop into friendly, confident adults.
Puppy preschool is specially tailored for puppies between 6 and 16 weeks, and your puppy will learn basic obedience whilst being exposed to new situations in a friendly, non-threatening environment.
Puppy preschool is run by a Veterinary nurse in our Vet Hospital. The classes are an hour long, and are held weekly. The course extends over four weeks, and the topics covered include basic obedience training, and dealing with behavioural problems, such as jumping, chewing, digging, barking and aggression.
Each class has four to six puppies, so that your puppy will learn to socialise with other dogs, whilst at the same time, receiving individual attention. Each puppy receives a certificate upon completion of the course.
Puppies must be healthy, vaccinated and wormed before starting the class.
If you would like to learn more about puppy preschool, or to enrol your puppy in the next class, please call 9588 2088. Spaces are limited, so make your booking early!
