Our Hours
Our Hospital is open extended hours, for your convenience. If you need to pick your pet up after surgery, or if you wish to drop your
pet off early in the morning, our Hospital is open from 8.30am. The Hospital is open for over the counter sales from 8.30am. However prescription items have to be picked up during consulting hours, unless
by prior arrangement.
Appointments are not essential during consulting hours. However, to minimise your waiting time, it is recommended that
you make an appointment, especially during busy times, like weekends and public holidays.
Emergencies can occur at any time of the day, and they are always given first priority. If you can call ahead to let us know that you are coming in,
it will be greatly appreciated.

Animals that have been poisoned
Animals having difficulty breathing
